        一、系统简介

        单(dan)机(ji)远程自动(dong)化(hua)监(jian)控系统(tong),在工程中应用广泛(fan),主要适用于规模(mo)较小,接(jie)入设备不多的变(bian)电站(zhan),不需设置本(ben)地(di)监(jian)控系统(tong),直接(jie)通过本(ben)地(di)的通讯(xun)前(qian)置管理机(ji)上传调度端或上级监(jian)控系统(tong),以实现(xian)对该站(zhan)的监(jian)控,达(da)到实现(xian)变(bian)电站(zhan)无人值班的目(mu)的。

        单机(ji)远程(cheng)自动(dong)化监控系(xi)统使(shi)用(yong)RCS304系(xi)列通(tong)讯管理机(ji),用(yong)于实现变(bian)配电系(xi)统设(she)(she)备管理和(he)通(tong)信(xin)处理的(de)智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)通(tong)信(xin)单元,能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)将多种智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)设(she)(she)备通(tong)过现场(chang)总线方式完整(zheng)的(de)连接起来,实现信(xin)息(xi)处理、交换和(he)共享的(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)力。同时具有强大的(de)通(tong)信(xin)处理功能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)和(he)丰富(fu)的(de)现场(chang)监控功能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng),能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)与其(qi)他系(xi)统(如:配电监控调度中心、工厂过程(cheng)控制(zhi)中心DCS、楼宇自控中心BAS、消防控制(zhi)中心FCS等)通(tong)过标准接口进行(xing)数据转发和(he)交换,在智能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)配电系(xi)统中起到通(tong)信(xin)枢纽的(de)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)(neng)。

        RCS304系(xi)列通(tong)讯管理机采用(yong)自带6.5寸TFT真彩LCD液晶(jing)显示器及(ji)键盘的通(tong)讯前置机构成。可在液晶(jing)显示器上显示该站(zhan)的系(xi)统主接线图、各种运行参数以及(ji)相(xiang)关数据信息,并通(tong)过(guo)VGA接口外(wai)接显示器进(jin)行系(xi)统维护和操作(zuo)。

        二、系统功能及特点

        RC3000单机远程自动化监控系统能实(shi)现的主要功(gong)能及特(te)点:

        1、全面实现(xian)变配电(dian)系统的一体化综合监控(kong)、统一管理。通(tong)过通(tong)讯前置机及(ji)(ji)上级调度端直观显示系统主(zhu)接线图(tu)及(ji)(ji)实时监测各回(hui)路设备电(dian)量参数及(ji)(ji)运行状况。

        2、可以实(shi)现变配电站“四遥(yao)(yao)”功能,即(ji)遥(yao)(yao)测、遥(yao)(yao)信、遥(yao)(yao)控、遥(yao)(yao)调。

        遥测(ce)是指通过系统通讯(xun)服务器(qi)、监测(ce)模块以及电(dian)力(li)组态软件实现变配电(dian)站所(suo)有(you)(you)回路的电(dian)量采集,即电(dian)流(liu)、电(dian)压(ya)、有(you)(you)功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率、无功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率、视(shi)在功(gong)(gong)率、有(you)(you)功(gong)(gong)电(dian)度、无功(gong)(gong)电(dian)度、视(shi)在电(dian)度、功(gong)(gong)率因数、频率等。

        遥信是指通过系统通讯(xun)服务器、监控模(mo)块以及电力组态(tai)软件(jian)实现变配电站中所(suo)有开关(guan)量的(de)采集(ji),如(ru)断路器的(de)分合闸、手车工作位置(zhi)、电机储(chu)能(neng)状态(tai)、变压器风机运行状态(tai)、高温(wen)报警信号(hao)、超高温(wen)跳(tiao)闸信号(hao)、断路器故障(zhang)信号(hao)、事故跳(tiao)闸信号(hao)、微机综合保护装置(zhi)的(de)故障(zhang)类型以及变压器门开关(guan)信号(hao)等开关(guan)量。

        遥控(kong)是指通过系统通讯服务器、监控(kong)模(mo)块以及电力组(zu)态软件实现带(dai)有电动操作(zuo)机构(gou)的(de)断路器和(he)带(dai)分励脱扣(kou)器的(de)塑壳断路器以及接触器等远程控(kong)制功能(neng)。

        遥调:通过(guo)系统通讯服务器、监控模块(kuai)以(yi)及电力(li)组态软件(jian)实(shi)现保(bao)护装(zhuang)置(zhi)参(can)(can)数/保(bao)护参(can)(can)数/报警限值(zhi)的(de)远程设置(zhi)。

        3、可(ke)以(yi)(yi)对潜在的事故(gu)进行预(yu)报(bao)警(jing),同时(shi)(shi)实现各种(zhong)电(dian)(dian)(dian)量的越限(xian)报(bao)警(jing),便(bian)于(yu)及(ji)时(shi)(shi)处理(li)以(yi)(yi)避免事故(gu)或隐患的出现(如(ru)火灾等),减少损失。供配电(dian)(dian)(dian)系统(tong)出现异常时(shi)(shi),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)时(shi)(shi)了解(jie)到有关故(gu)障(zhang)信息(故(gu)障(zhang)原因、性质、地(di)点及(ji)发生时(shi)(shi)间),来指导(dao)维修,减少故(gu)障(zhang)的处理(li)时(shi)(shi)间及(ji)停电(dian)(dian)(dian)时(shi)(shi)间;系统(tong)可(ke)通(tong)过调度端媒体音箱(xiang)发出声音报(bao)警(jing)并自动记录时(shi)(shi)间、回(hui)路(lu)名称,以(yi)(yi)方便(bian)电(dian)(dian)(dian)力管理(li)更快、更有效地(di)去解(jie)决发生的报(bao)警(jing)故(gu)障(zhang),在最(zui)短的时(shi)(shi)间内排(pai)除故(gu)障(zhang),以(yi)(yi)保证系统(tong)的安全运(yun)行。

        状(zhuang)态报(bao)警(jing):当(dang)变配电系统的各开(kai)关出现过(guo)载(zai)跳闸(zha)(zha)、短路(lu)故障跳闸(zha)(zha)等事(shi)(shi)故跳闸(zha)(zha)时(要求断路(lu)器带有能(neng)区分过(guo)载(zai)报(bao)警(jing)及(ji)短路(lu)瞬(shun)动(dong)的辅助(zhu)触点(dian)),计算机能(neng)够通过(guo)多媒体(ti)音箱发出声(sheng)音报(bao)警(jing)并自动(dong)记录时间、回路(lu)开(kai)关名称(cheng)、事(shi)(shi)故类别;

        越限(xian)报警:当变配电系统的各电量参数出现(xian)超(chao)过额定值时(shi)或(huo)其他(ta)工艺(yi)设备超(chao)限(xian)运行时(shi),计算机能够通过多(duo)媒(mei)体音(yin)箱(xiang)发出声音(yin)报警并自动记(ji)录时(shi)间、回路(lu)名称。

        4、可以快(kuai)速、准确(que)的掌握(wo)供、配电(dian)设备的运行情(qing)况(含历史数(shu)据),并可以用报(bao)表方式或(huo)以图形方式进行显示、记录(lu)或(huo)打印(yin)出来,进行日(ri)报(bao)和月报(bao),提高工作效(xiao)率;

        系(xi)统(tong)可(ke)以对采集的(de)数据(ju)(ju)(ju)进行分类(lei)保存、归档、统(tong)计、调用等数据(ju)(ju)(ju)操作。系(xi)统(tong)配置历史数据(ju)(ju)(ju)库管(guan)理(li)系(xi)统(tong),可(ke)以实现各种(zhong)记(ji)录根据(ju)(ju)(ju)用户要求按照对象、性质、时间等项(xiang)止进行检索,以便进行查询(xun)和故障分析(xi)。


        系统具有对测量数据及开关跳闸次数等(deng)信息的按日、月、季(ji)、年等(deng)进(jin)行统计报表功能。

        系统(tong)可以(yi)统(tong)计(ji)(ji)和打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)(yin)所(suo)监(jian)控的所(suo)有(you)电(dian)流值、电(dian)压(ya)值、功(gong)率值、频率值、功(gong)率因数(shu)值以(yi)及(ji)这些参(can)数(shu)一(yi)天24小时(shi)(shi)变(bian)化曲(qu)线;统(tong)计(ji)(ji)和打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)(yin)各断(duan)路器(qi)运行状态变(bian)化时(shi)(shi)间及(ji)故障报警时(shi)(shi)间和类别;统(tong)计(ji)(ji)和打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)(yin)各断(duan)路器(qi)的操作时(shi)(shi)间及(ji)操作人员代码;统(tong)计(ji)(ji)和打(da)(da)(da)印(yin)(yin)(yin)有(you)功(gong)电(dian)度、无(wu)功(gong)电(dian)度的一(yi)天24小时(shi)(shi)内单位(wei)小时(shi)(shi)用电(dian)量及(ji)电(dian)量棒图。

        5、改善(shan)配(pei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系统(tong)管理。通过(guo)历史记(ji)录(lu)的(de)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力参(can)数(shu),及时(shi)掌握每(mei)天(tian)或季节负(fu)(fu)载特性;在供配(pei)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系统(tong)内优化能耗的(de)分(fen)配(pei),均(jun)衡(heng)负(fu)(fu)载;减(jian)少(shao)潜在的(de)停电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)事件;系统(tong)可(ke)以根(gen)据一(yi)天(tian)用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)负(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)情况自动(dong)生成负(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)列(lie)表、用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang)曲(qu)线(xian)(xian)以及电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能棒图等,配(pei)单(dan)系统(tong)管理可(ke)以根(gen)据列(lie)表、曲(qu)线(xian)(xian)或是棒图来均(jun)衡(heng)每(mei)一(yi)个小时(shi)用电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)(liang),以达到负(fu)(fu)载利用最高。如(ru)(ru)变压(ya)器发生超载或是超负(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he)时(shi),系统(tong)会自动(dong)或手(shou)动(dong)切除不重要的(de)带有(you)电(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)操作(zuo)(zuo)机构(gou)或是带有(you)分(fen)励脱扣的(de)负(fu)(fu)荷(he)(he),并记(ji)录(lu)有(you)关操作(zuo)(zuo)时(shi)的(de)各项(xiang)记(ji)录(lu)(如(ru)(ru)时(shi)间、操作(zuo)(zuo)人员、回路(lu)名称等)。
