电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)作为拖动(dong)系统中的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)组成部分(fen)在国(guo)民(min)经济中占有(you)(you)举(ju)足轻(qing)重的(de)(de)(de)(de)地位,它(ta)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)几乎(hu)渗(shen)透(tou)到(dao)了各行(xing)各业,是(shi)工业、农(nong)业和(he)国(guo)防(fang)建设及(ji)人民(min)生(sheng)活正(zheng)常进行(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)保(bao)(bao)(bao)证(zheng),因而确保(bao)(bao)(bao)电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)常运行(xing)就(jiu)显(xian)得十分(fen)重要(yao),而在使用(yong)中造成电(dian)(dian)机(ji)烧(shao)毁甚至引发重大安(an)全事故的(de)(de)(de)(de)事件屡见不(bu)鲜,据不(bu)完(wan)全统计全国(guo)每年仅(jin)因电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)烧(shao)毁所消耗的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)量(liang)就(jiu)达(da)数(shu)千万度(du),电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)烧(shao)毁的(de)(de)(de)(de)数(shu)量(liang)达(da)20万台次以上,容(rong)量(liang)约0.4亿千瓦(wa),因维修所耗的(de)(de)(de)(de)电(dian)(dian)磁线约5000万公斤,修理(li)费达(da)20亿元(yuan),而因停(ting)工停(ting)产所造成的(de)(de)(de)(de)损失更是(shi)一(yi)个无法估(gu)量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)巨大数(shu)目。因此做好电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)保(bao)(bao)(bao)护具(ju)有(you)(you)节能显(xian)著、提高(gao)生(sheng)产效(xiao)率和(he)经济效(xiao)益(yi)及(ji)保(bao)(bao)(bao)证(zheng)安(an)全生(sheng)产的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)意义(yi)。
我国的(de)电(dian)动机(ji)保(bao)护装置大约经历了全面仿苏、自行设计、更新换代(dai)、智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)发展(zhan)等几(ji)个阶段(duan)。值(zhi)得一(yi)提的(de)是由于近年来(lai)微(wei)处理器技术(shu)的(de)发展(zhan),给电(dian)动机(ji)保(bao)护器向智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)、多(duo)功能(neng)化(hua)方向发展(zhan)提供了硬(ying)件平台,使得电(dian)机(ji)保(bao)护进(jin)入了一(yi)个飞速发展(zhan)的(de)阶段(duan)。如下图
(一)热继电(dian)器、熔(rong)断器和电(dian)磁(ci)式电(dian)流继电(dian)器
在(zai)建国(guo)(guo)(guo)初期,我们引进了(le)苏联的(de)(de)(de)JR系(xi)列热(re)(re)继(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器,从而(er)开始了(le)其(qi)在(zai)中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机保护行业(ye)中(zhong)长达半个世纪(ji)的(de)(de)(de)生(sheng)涯,直(zhi)到1996年国(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)八部(bu)委(wei)联合(he)发(fa)(fa)文强制将(jiang)其(qi)淘汰。热(re)(re)继(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器在(zai)电(dian)(dian)(dian)子业(ye)尚不发(fa)(fa)达的(de)(de)(de)时代曾是(shi)(shi)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机过载保护的(de)(de)(de)首选产品(pin),它是(shi)(shi)利用双(shuang)金(jin)(jin)属(shu)片热(re)(re)效应工作的(de)(de)(de),双(shuang)金(jin)(jin)属(shu)片是(shi)(shi)由不同膨胀(zhang)系(xi)数(shu)的(de)(de)(de)两片金(jin)(jin)属(shu)铆合(he)而(er)成,当电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)通过时它将(jiang)产生(sheng)热(re)(re)量,并向膨胀(zhang)系(xi)数(shu)小(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)一边弯曲,电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)大小(xiao)和弯曲的(de)(de)(de)程度(du)成正比,当电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)超过热(re)(re)继(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器整定电(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)一定倍数(shu)时就会启动其(qi)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)脱扣装(zhuang)置从而(er)切断主回(hui)路(lu)达到保护的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。但热(re)(re)继(ji)电(dian)(dian)(dian)器存在(zai)致(zhi)命的(de)(de)(de)缺(que)陷,包(bao)括(kuo)整定粗糙、受环境影响(xiang)大、重复性差、误差大及功(gong)能单一等,已无(wu)法满足越来越高的(de)(de)(de)要求,因(yin)而(er)也就无(wu)法避免被淘汰的(de)(de)(de)命运。
很(hen)多(duo)人把熔断(duan)(duan)器(qi)作为电(dian)(dian)机(ji)的(de)过(guo)载(zai)保护,其实这是一种不科学的(de)做法。因为首先受(shou)其规格(ge)限制无法按电(dian)(dian)机(ji)额(e)定电(dian)(dian)流进行(xing)准确(que)设定,况且如果(guo)熔断(duan)(duan)器(qi)规格(ge)选得太(tai)小容易(yi)造成(cheng)断(duan)(duan)路,使电(dian)(dian)机(ji)单相运行(xing),如果(guo)熔断(duan)(duan)器(qi)规格(ge)选得太(tai)大,则达不到(dao)过(guo)载(zai)保护的(de)效果(guo)。
电(dian)磁式电(dian)流继电(dian)器具(ju)有过载、堵转(zhuan)保护(hu)(hu)功能,有的还有缺相保护(hu)(hu),其(qi)过载保护(hu)(hu)具(ju)有反时限特性,但其(qi)结构复杂,机械制(zhi)造精度(du)高,价(jia)格高且体积庞大,因(yin)而目前已被基本淘汰(tai)。
(二)模拟电(dian)子式电(dian)动机保护(hu)(hu)器(电(dian)机保护(hu)(hu)器)
在上个世(shi)纪七八十年代,随(sui)着半(ban)导体模拟器(qi)件(jian)的(de)兴起及(ji)(ji)普及(ji)(ji),涌现(xian)出(chu)(chu)了(le)一批(pi)性能比较可(ke)靠(kao)、功(gong)能多样(yang)化的(de)电(dian)(dian)子式电(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)(ji)保(bao)护器(qi)(电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)保(bao)护器(qi)),为电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)运行提供了(le)较可(ke)靠(kao)的(de)保(bao)障,其中(zhong)得到公众认(ren)可(ke)且具有(you)自己品牌(pai)特色的(de)以韩国(guo)三(san)和技研株式会社的(de)产品为代表,在国(guo)内(nei)市场(chang)具有(you)一定(ding)影响,他(ta)们的(de)产品品种(zhong)多样(yang),规格齐全,主要功(gong)能包(bao)括:缺相(xiang),过载(zai),欠流(liu),相(xiang)失衡,相(xiang)序,接地,短(duan)路,过欠压,电(dian)(dian)流(liu)显示(shi),声光报警及(ji)(ji)变送输出(chu)(chu)等,但这类产品仍存(cun)在一些无(wu)法克服的(de)缺陷,包(bao)括如下几(ji)个方面(mian):
1.整定精度不高,模拟电(dian)子式电(dian)动(dong)机(ji)保护器(电(dian)机(ji)保护器)均采用电(dian)位器进(jin)行额定电(dian)流(liu)的(de)(de)整定,然而要使电(dian)位器滑动(dong)臂的(de)(de)旋转角度与其阻值成较好的(de)(de)线形(xing)关(guan)系比较困(kun)难(nan)(nan),特别(bie)是在大批量生(sheng)产(chan)中(zhong)更是难(nan)(nan)以(yi)做到,另外,操作者的(de)(de)整定误差也是难(nan)(nan)以(yi)避免的(de)(de),特别(bie)是对于那(nei)些没有设定值显(xian)示的(de)(de)产(chan)品。
2.采(cai)(cai)样精度(du)不高,模拟线(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)对电(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)器的(de)非(fei)(fei)线(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)问题(ti)(ti)束手无策,即使(shi)(shi)(shi)可以校正也(ye)会使(shi)(shi)(shi)线(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)变得(de)非(fei)(fei)常复杂(za),甚至(zhi)(zhi)无法实际使(shi)(shi)(shi)用,因而大部分厂(chang)家只好将非(fei)(fei)线(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)问题(ti)(ti)依(yi)赖于提高电(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)器的(de)线(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing),而实际上要想由(you)矽钢片做成的(de)电(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)器在很宽的(de)范围内保持线(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)是非(fei)(fei)常困难的(de),行内人士知道用于电(dian)动(dong)机(ji)保护(hu)器(电(dian)机(ji)保护(hu)器)采(cai)(cai)样的(de)电(dian)流互(hu)感(gan)器需考虑的(de)最大使(shi)(shi)(shi)用范围至(zhi)(zhi)少为被(bei)保护(hu)电(dian)机(ji)额(e)定电(dian)流的(de)7倍,因为电(dian)动(dong)机(ji)在堵转情况下会达到5-7倍的(de)额(e)定电(dian)流;另(ling)外(wai),采(cai)(cai)样线(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)本(ben)身(shen)也(ye)存在非(fei)(fei)线(xian)(xian)(xian)性(xing)问题(ti)(ti)。基于这些技术难题(ti)(ti),要实现(xian)高精度(du)的(de)采(cai)(cai)样自(zi)然就成了一句空话。
3.无(wu)法实现具有(you)多(duo)种保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)功(gong)能(neng)于一体(ti)的全保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu),随着社会的发展,人(ren)们对电(dian)机(ji)保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)的要求也越(yue)来越(yue)高(gao),希望电(dian)动机(ji)保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)器(电(dian)机(ji)保(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)器)的功(gong)能(neng)多(duo)样化(hua),性能(neng)可靠(kao),接线简(jian)单,界面直(zhi)观(guan)且(qie)体(ti)积要小(xiao),这些(xie)都(dou)是纯粹的模拟(ni)线路(lu)根本无(wu)法实现的。
鉴于以上原因,纯粹模拟(ni)线路的电(dian)动机(ji)保护(hu)器(电(dian)机(ji)保护(hu)器)正(zheng)逐渐被其它一些更先进(jin)的技(ji)术产(chan)品所代(dai)替(ti)。
(三)数字(zi)电子(zi)式电动机保(bao)护器(电机保(bao)护器)
这(zhei)类(lei)电动机保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(电机保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi))主(zhu)要(yao)以单(dan)片(pian)机作(zuo)为(wei)控(kong)制器(qi),可(ke)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现(xian)(xian)电机的智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)综(zong)合(he)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu),有(you)(you)的还(hai)具有(you)(you)远(yuan)(yuan)程(cheng)通(tong)讯(xun)功(gong)(gong)能(neng),可(ke)在(zai)(zai)PC机上实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现(xian)(xian)对多(duo)(duo)达256台联网的电机实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现(xian)(xian)在(zai)(zai)线综(zong)合(he)监视与控(kong)制,在(zai)(zai)采(cai)(cai)样(yang)和(he)整(zheng)定(ding)(ding)精度方(fang)(fang)(fang)面有(you)(you)质的飞跃,可(ke)对采(cai)(cai)样(yang)信号(hao)进行软件(jian)(jian)非(fei)线性校正,并可(ke)实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现(xian)(xian)真(zhen)有(you)(you)效值(zhi),从而极大地(di)降低了(le)被测信号(hao)波(bo)形畸变的影响,真(zhen)正实(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)现(xian)(xian)了(le)高(gao)(gao)精度采(cai)(cai)样(yang),在(zai)(zai)整(zheng)定(ding)(ding)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)数字设定(ding)(ding),通(tong)过(guo)键(jian)盘由用(yong)(yong)户自行现(xian)(xian)场设定(ding)(ding),不存在(zai)(zai)误差,还(hai)可(ke)为(wei)过(guo)载保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)设置多(duo)(duo)条更科学的反时限曲线。因(yin)为(wei)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)了(le)单(dan)片(pian)机就(jiu)使得在(zai)(zai)相同(tong)硬件(jian)(jian)条件(jian)(jian)下集多(duo)(duo)种功(gong)(gong)能(neng)与一(yi)体的综(zong)合(he)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)的出现(xian)(xian)成为(wei)可(ke)能(neng),我公司(si)研发(fa)生产的RKP260系列智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)低压(ya)电动机保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)具有(you)(you)远(yuan)(yuan)程(cheng)通(tong)讯(xun)、过(guo)载、堵转、短路(lu)、漏电、欠(qian)流、故(gu)障记忆等(deng)多(duo)(duo)种功(gong)(gong)能(neng),它采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)交流采(cai)(cai)样(yang)技(ji)术(shu)(shu)、多(duo)(duo)点线性校正技(ji)术(shu)(shu)、量(liang)程(cheng)自动切换技(ji)术(shu)(shu),使其在(zai)(zai)0.4A-800A的测量(liang)范围内(nei)都(dou)能(neng)保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)持很高(gao)(gao)的采(cai)(cai)样(yang)精度,在(zai)(zai)国内(nei)外同(tong)类(lei)产品中(zhong)处于领(ling)先地(di)位。随着微电子(zi)技(ji)术(shu)(shu)的发(fa)展,电动机保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(电机保(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)护(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi))正朝着智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua),综(zong)合(he)化(hua),高(gao)(gao)精度,高(gao)(gao)可(ke)靠方(fang)(fang)(fang)向发(fa)展。

同所有的(de)产品一样,电(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi))经(jing)历了由低(di)级(ji)到(dao)高级(ji)、由简单到(dao)复杂逐渐(jian)科学完善的(de)发展(zhan)(zhan)过程,在这(zhei)个过程中一批批技术人员倾注了大量(liang)的(de)热情与心血。虽然电(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi))已(yi)发展(zhan)(zhan)到(dao)了微电(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)时代,但我想(xiang),电(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi))的(de)课题将永远不(bu)会(hui)停止(zhi),仍然需(xu)要我们(men)(men)百(bai)倍努力,仍有大量(liang)的(de)工作等着(zhe)(zhe)我们(men)(men)去做,例如:电(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi))仍没有国家标准,导致市场上(shang)产品良莠不(bu)齐,这(zhei)就说(shuo)明电(dian)(dian)(dian)动(dong)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi)(qi))成长之路还很漫长,我们(men)(men)期待着(zhe)(zhe)电(dian)(dian)(dian)机(ji)保护(hu)(hu)(hu)(hu)行(xing)业(ye)的(de)健(jian)康发展(zhan)(zhan)。
